Packing
- 5 ply corrugated boxes with water-proof, outside length 625
mm, Width 470 mm, height 350 mm with printing or blank as required; Bottom stitched with
wire and top pasted with sodium silicate, strapped with gar strap and sealed.
- The Cones are packed individually in 3-Ply corrugated boxes;
length 168 mm x top 142 mm x bottom 162 mm. Top & bottom open to position paper cones,
Each Cone weight 1.9 to 2.3 kgs, except 40 Denier which will be 1.0 to 1.2 kgs.
- Each carton contains 24 cones and net weight of each carton
will be 50 kgs and gross weigh 54.00 kgs.
- Yarn is wound on craft paper cone and then wrapped with HMMD
sheet.
